The business objective of our advisory services is to help executive teams get on the right track early – when they are planning for the strategic integration of social structures in business systems. A typical client will have social skills and network competency through an early adoption of social portals (Twitter, Facebook, etc.,)  and/or internal social conventions – like microblogging and HR systems. However, they will believe that there is an opportunity to achieve much more. They may also recognize the need to harmonize social strategies across a business.

We can also triage business problems. But we try to stay in a strategic frame of mind where we can be most effective.  We are most effective when we help executives to ask the right questions. This helps companies focus on the meaningful business objectives, and to identify and allocate resources to achieve those objectives in a sensible way.

In a way, we are the “Columbo’s” of the social world.  We don’t assume that we know answers before we listen and learn.  Every organization and industry has its own social ecology. We are always sensitive to the unique challenges of organizational chemistry.  The answers we get in life often depend upon the questions that we ask.  Our “discovery first” approach, makes us optimal problem solvers.
